For us, the week before September 1st is always a moment to come together as a group, with our colleagues from The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. We reconnect after the long summer break and make plans for the upcoming work season.
This year, we spent 3 days in Erfgoed Bossem (NL) where the green scenery and starlit sky proved the perfect environment for us to explore our experiences on designing - this year’s topic.
We shared good practices, building on and blending each other’s examples. How can you amplify a learning journey with gaming elements, for instance? How can skilled facilitation make a design even more effective? What role can storytelling and -listening play in a change process, and what do the interventions then look like? And many more of such questions...
We dove deeper into what make a strong design (evidence based) and investigated the bigger concepts and thinkers that guide our craftsmanship. And we helped each other create new designs for upcoming projects, such as several leadership programs, organizational change processes, team coaching and development programs. …
On top of that we enjoyed a performance of our one and only K&S band!
Now, we are ready to go to work!
