Theo Visser has been working for Kessels & Smit since this Spring. He is a graduate and has been active reinforcing individuals and teams for the last 20 years: Here I am often a combination of designer, trainer and consultant. My incentive is to challenge people to learn and move them from their strength. Contestants describe my approach as interactive, generating enthusiasm, renewing and practical. I like to be inspired by developments in the field. I like to talk about this with colleagues as editor of the magazine Opleiding Ontwikkeling of I use my thought in my column.
We are glad Theo decided to join us. His knowledge of Positive Psychology, Engagement and Job crafting is a nice complement to the appreciative approach we already use.
